WLCC 2026 Annual General Meeting (Invitation)

We are pleased to invite you to the Wine Lands Cycling Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held at the Thirsty Scarecrow at 17:30 on Tuesday, 24 March 2026 (note the date!). We do hope that you will be able to attend.

Quorum will be verified at 17:30. Should a quorum not be present, the Constitution allows for the meeting to be adjourned and reconvened 30 minutes later, at which time the members present shall constitute a quorum.
