Outride Recap: Elgin Valley Magic!

This past Saturday, nearly 100 mountain bikers gathered for an unforgettable @winelandscycling club outride on the stunning @elginvalleytrails.

Riders had the choice of 3 guided routes — each offering a different challenge in distance, ascent, and terrain. Departing from @trailsendbikehotel at 7h30, the cool morning warmed up quickly as the first climbs set in.

A major highlight? The mid and long routes were treated to a top-notch waterpoint… complete with a surprise wine tasting by @oakvalleywines 🥂

Trails flowed through Grabouw and Oak Valley, ending back at Trail’s End where post ride lunch, cold drinks, and even a visit to the cycling museum awaited — not to mention a bike wash before heading home!
